Refunds

If you are disappointed and want a refund on your course, either before or after, please contact me, Shaun Chamberlin, and we’ll be glad to issue it.

I’m happy to say that in the years since we launched the first version of these courses in 2020 it hasn’t happened yet, although we have had several cases of participants contacting us after completion to say that they felt they underpaid with the price they chose.

In such circumstances we welcome contributions to our scholarship fund, helping ensure that we can keep pricing as accessible and freely-chosen as we do.
