DESCRIPTION:This is an experiential session on active listening\, utilis
 ing nature as a way into our deeper listening capacity to each other on 
 a 1-1 basis\, as well as our interconnectedness as a whole.\nThere will 
 be a guided visualisation followed by individual self reflection time wi
 thin the group setting.\n\nPlease bring something that represents resour
 ce or comfort to you. It could be a blanket\, a piece of your favourite 
 clothing or jewellery\, something from nature\, a picture... anything yo
 u like that when you see it\, touch it or smell it\, it brings you a sen
 se of wellbeing.\nAlso writing and/or crafting materials if they would s
 upport your self reflection time.\n\nDependent on the numbers of attende
 es\, we will then go into small breakout rooms where we can share our ex
 periences with each other\, using some guidance questions to deepen your
  explorations.\nI am allowing up to 1.5hrs but we may finish earlier.\n\

 ritual Psychotherapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. I have wor
 ked in this field for about 30 years. I have also facilitated groups and
  meditation circles.\nI did my MA on creativity as applied to being a si
