DESCRIPTION:From Roberta:\nFor the past two years\, the organization I w
 ork for (the Center for an Ecology-Based Economy ~ CEBE) has been workin
 g to leverage our capabilities as catalysts for change in the western fo
 othills of Maine in support of the growing global movement toward bioreg
 ional regeneration. Through our collaborative work as founding members o
 f Northeast Woodlands Bioregioning Collective we have begun to see with 
 greater clarity\, the unique gifts our vibrant\, creative (and notorious
 ly hands-on) community can bring to this work.\nWe are calling our emerg
 ing vision the Bioregional COHERENCE Project\, an ecological\, cultural\
 , technological\, geo-spatial interface for organizing\, sharing and cel
 ebrating regenerative projects\, programs and experiences (“regenerati
 ve opportunities”) across the Northeast Woodlands Bioregion.\nOur goal
  is to design a system that will allow the bioregion to begin mapping\, 
 understanding and healing itself. One that will support the embodied\, p
 lace-based relationality\, community building\, skill-sharing\, and reso
 urce-sharing that is called for if we are to – in Nate Hagens' words �
 �� bend not break together toward our powered-down future.\nI am very ho
 nored to have been invited to share our emerging\, 100% open-sourced vis
 ion with all of you. I greatly welcome the input of this beautiful and f
