Each of us is invited to speak for 3-5mins. On anything that is moving through you: a challenge, moments of beauty, hope, grief or tenderness… an introduction to some part of you, whatever.
Its here and its Yours.

I imagine a hidden glade, an old ancient space where rocks form a loose circle.
Here we breathe in the rich green. Perhaps, a fire dances in the centre being gently tended.
Some may be familiar with a “Circle/Fire talk” or principles of radical self-expression, active listening, holding space…
And if at the end of the first circle we wish to dive deeper in to a specific theme, again we can do that following the same principles of radical expression and holding space. With a key focus on personal, lived experience 🥰💚
Each week there is an open invitation for someone to open and close the session. It’s Yours. Let’s go to yours, and dive deeper together.
